Appearance: Avery has short, messy blond hair and piercing blue eyes. He smiles easily and looks casual even in his armor.
Personality/Mannerisms: He's cheery, and generally optimistic, willing to go out of his way to help others. He makes friends easily, and treats his actual role as a sort of night job where he's unseen. He might be manipulative, but how would you actually be able to tell?
Alignment/Philosophy/Moral Code: True Neutral. You don't necessarily need to be "evil" to manipulate people and get what you want, per se. Especially if you both want the same thing.

Allies (Guild): Sandred, a thing wearing a cloak that frequently refers to him for firsthand accounts of goings on in the Azorius. Seems to be playing a constant game of the Floor is Lava. Talis Reserata, an aged elocutor who sees him as a potential protege despite his apparent faults.
Allies (Other Guilds/None): Maril Evanas, Selesnya ranger who shares to some degree his appreciation for harmony and unity. Listener, Izzet tiefling who's more than happy to put up with someone who helps explain away all the fires he keeps causing.
Enemies: R'shak'thra, half-ogre Gruul chieftan that he failed to befriend or convince not to wreak havoc. There's little Avery dislikes more than willful disorder.
Education/Training: Plenty of firsthand experience with gaslighting, blackmail, and mind magic. Evidently he had time for a basic amount of traditional schooling on top of that.

5. What is your character's primary motivation? He truly does think highly of authority, order, and people's wellbeing. He just goes about it in what might be called an unconventional way.
6. Who is the person your character trusts most in the world? Why should he trust anyone? Pretty stupid thing for a spy to do.
7. What are your character's greatest strength(s) and weakness(es)? He has an excellent way with people, but dislikes disorder and actually doing dirty work. Don't ask him to do any of his own fighting.

The knife thrower was less pleased about thisintervention interruption.
